Job Description

This role supports the team by ensuring accurate payroll, seamless onboarding and offboarding, reliable HR system administration, and compliance with company policies and regulations. It contributes to operational excellence and a positive employee experience

Position Responsibilities:

Payroll & Benefits

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

- Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll-related data.

- Verify salary adjustments, allowances, incentives, and deductions.

- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary payments.

- Support the administration of employee benefits and welfare programs.

Personal Income Tax (PIT) & Social Insurance

- Manage employee PIT registration and dependent registration.
- Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual PIT declarations and tax finalization.
- Administer social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

HR Systems & Employee Data Management

- Maintain and update employee information in HR systems (HRIS).
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Support HR system implementation, testing, enhancement, and user administration
- Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports and analytics.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve system-related issues.

HR Administration

- Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.
- Incharge the administration of the employee life cycle from onboarding, employee transfers, and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment-related documents, letters, and certificates.
- Ensure all employee records are properly maintained and updated.
- Support HR operational projects and process improvements.

General Administration

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding HR administrative matters.
- Support company administrative activities as assigned.
- Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related field.

Experience

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits.
- Solid experience in payroll processing, PIT, and social insurance administration.
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or equivalent HRIS) is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

- Good understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
