Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting services for the built environment, including performing pre-construction, during-construction and post-construction condition assessments, specialized testing, forensic investigations, among other facilities-related services
- Interact with senior staff members on various facilities-related projects
- Monitor project progress for performance and budgetary conditions
- Management of budget proposals and invoices including client invoicing
- Preparation of reports and proposals
- Interface with clients with regard to both project specific issues and development
- Attend project site meetings and assist with the resolution to technical and administrative problems
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS from an ABET accredited college/university in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, or related degree
- If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid drivers license is required
- 10+ years of related experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license would go a long way
- Effective verbal and technical writing skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, peers, and subordinates
- Proficiency in oral and written communication
- Strong project management and marketing skills
- Knowledge of facilities-related projects and assessment and investigative services for the built environment
The expected pay range for this role and location is $80-$115/hour. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
