Job Description
Own the strategy, roadmap, and modernization of Weatherford’s CygNet SCADA platform, providing the product leadership and foundation that support commercial success in partnership with Sales and Commercial teams. CygNet is a live, revenue-generating industrial software platform used across upstream (incl. production optimization), midstream, and industrial operations to monitor, control, and manage field assets and operational data.
The Product Manager is responsible for driving modernization across HMI, historian capabilities, operational data services, system integrations, user workflows, and platform architecture while maintaining operational reliability and customer continuity. This role defines product vision, roadmap priorities, modernization sequencing, and business outcomes aligned with portfolio strategy, approved budgets, customer needs, architecture standards, and Weatherford governance requirements.
