Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Human Resources Certification (SHRM or PHR) (Preferred)
- 5-7 years as a multi-state/multi-unit HR Business Partner (Required)
- Experience supporting, multi-state, multi-unit or retail environments
- Proven ability to influence across levels and lead through change
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- High integrity and commitment to compliance and confidentiality
- AI Proficiency
