This role interprets detailed blueprints, executes high-accuracy alignments, and applies expert knowledge of heat effects, weld shrinkage, and fabrication techniques to ensure dimensional integrity. The Tacker III troubleshoots fit-up issues, mentors junior tackers, supports continuous workflows, and uphold strict quality, safety, and customer standards.
