Could you be the full-time Bogie Bid Manager we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in bid management to a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative team.
You'll play a crucial role in delivering winning proposals that align with Alstom’s strategy and commitment to Quality, Cost, and Delivery Performance (QCDP). You’ll specifically take care of managing sub-system tender budgets and ensuring the compliance of offered solutions with customer requirements, but also contribute to risk and opportunity reviews and support the transition from tender to project execution.
We’ll look to you for:
-
Coordinating internal activities to identify and understand customer needs and promote Alstom’s solutions
-
Managing the tender process, including compliance with applicable rules, ethics, safety, and quality standards
-
Defining and consolidating Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments for the sub-system
-
Overseeing requirements analysis and managing interface with bid-level teams
-
Organizing risk reviews and ensuring mitigation plans are in place
-
Maintaining traceability of tender documentation and supporting contract negotiations
-
Contributing to lessons learned and leveraging insights for continuous improvement
