About the role
The APAC Oral Health Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving brand growth and equity across the region by translating global strategies into impactful, locally relevant communication and activation plans.
This role sits within the Marketing function and partners closely with global, regional, and local market teams to deliver consistent, insight-driven brand experiences.
Reporting into the Regional Marketing Lead, you will lead cross-market execution, ensuring strong alignment between brand strategy, consumer engagement, and commercial outcomes across APAC markets.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead the adaptation and deployment of global brand communication strategies across APAC markets, ensuring relevance to local consumer and customer insights
Drive development and execution of annual brand communication and activation plans aligned to 3-year growth priorities
Own and manage brand performance, including contribution to P&L delivery, tracking KPIs, and optimizing investments
Develop insight-led consumer communication strategies across media, digital, and in-store touchpoints
Partner with global and local teams to execute innovation launches and ensure consistency in brand storytelling
Manage agency and cross-functional relationships to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns across the region
Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to strengthen customer engagement and in-market execution
Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and course correction based on performance data.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Proven experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing communications within FMCG/CPG or Consumer Healthcare
Experience managing brand strategies and delivering measurable growth in brand equity and market share
Strong experience in developing and executing consumer communication campaigns across multiple channels
Experience working within matrix organisations, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with exposure to managing budgets and delivering business results.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in regional (APAC) or multi-market roles with strong cultural adaptability
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across different levels of the organisation
Experience managing agencies and leading integrated campaign delivery
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with changing priorities
Leadership capability with experience mentoring or guiding junior team members
Location – this role is based in: Hulu Kelang, Ampang
