Supervisor Production - Corrugated Industry

Position Overview Production Supervisor is responsible for the safety, quality, training, development, and productivity of the personnel on their shift. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Leading the day-to-day operations of the cutting, finishing, and forming departments - Effectively managing the department for safe and efficient operation - Assessing the performance and training of operating personnel and determine areas for improvement - Providing training, development, and feedback for personnel - Analyzing department performance data to identify ongoing improvement opportunities - Enforcing safe work practices and leading daily safety discussions - Providing quality direction to personnel -
