Education and Experience Requirements
- Completed degree in Engineering or Business Administration, MBA desirable
- Experience: 3+ years as a Plant Manager
- Deep knowledge of automotive cut-and-sew industrial processes
- Exceptional communication, organization, and team leadership skills
- Inventory Management
- English proficient, verbal and written (B2-C1)
