🌟Join Covéa Insurance — An Award-Winning Place to Work

At Covéa Insurance, we’re here to protect what matters most — from homes and vehicles to businesses and livelihoods. What truly sets us apart is our people and culture.

We’re proud to have been recognised as the Best Place to Work at the Modern Claims Awards 2026 — a reflection of our commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive and empowering environment where everyone can thrive.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us at Covéa Insurance, where you’ll be part of an inclusive and supportive organisation that puts people first, both our customers and our colleagues.

At Covéa, we know there’s no one‑size‑fits‑all way of working. We actively support flexible hours, parttime options and different working patterns, and we encourage open conversations about what works best for you and your life.

The Team - 👉 Commercial Lines Distribution connects the insurer to the market by managing broker relationships, securing profitable deals, and ensuring products are traded effectively, all while driving growth through strong GWP, conversion, and profitability performance.

What you can expect in this role

  • You’ll play a key role in supporting the national growth and development of SME and schemes, helping to strengthen our presence across multiple distribution segments.
  • You’ll work closely with our Specialist SME Development Manager, helping to manage broker performance, develop strategic relationships and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
  • You’ll contribute to the development of our broker partnerships, focusing on quality interactions, strong collaboration and continuous improvement through profiling, joint business planning and insightful performance analysis.
  • You’ll have opportunities to learn, develop and grow within the role, building technical knowledge of our Commercial propositions, deepening your market awareness and enhancing your ability to influence positive business outcomes.
  • You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed, working alongside underwriting, claims, accounts and wider Commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and act as a trusted focal point for broker relationships.

What you might bring

  • Experience or strong interest in Commercial or High Net Worth insurance, ideally with UK market experience, exposure to intermediated or B2B relationships, and an understanding of the wider insurance and financial services environment, including competitor activity.
  • Strong communication, organisation and financial awareness skills, with confident interpersonal, numeric, written and verbal abilities, plus a willingness to learn, ask questions and continually build your capability.
  • A collaborative, customer‑facing approach, sharing ideas confidently, influencing and negotiating effectively, communicating clearly and inclusively, and contributing positively to a culture of teamwork, ownership and shared success.
  • An organised and thoughtful way of working, planning and prioritising effectively to meet deadlines, acting with resilience and resourcefulness, and maintaining high standards in everything you deliver.
  • A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues, championing exceptional experiences across B2B and B2C interactions, supporting an inclusive and respectful culture, and consistently acting with positivity and intent.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within the UK to meet brokers, partners and colleagues as required.

💡 Not sure you tick every box? That’s okay.

We recognise that great candidates bring different experiences and perspectives. If this role interests you and you believe you could add value, we encourage you to apply -even if you don’t meet every requirement.
