Busek is a leading innovator in space propulsion and engineering solutions, specializing in electric propulsion, chemical propulsion, and related technologies. Our expertise includes Hall effect thrusters, electrospray propulsion, and green monopropellant systems, supporting both commercial and government space missions.


Summary:
We are seeking hands-on, technically skilled individuals to join our manufacturing team in a contract role with the potential for permanent conversion. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience and training in the aerospace industry, working on cutting-edge propulsion systems that support next-generation space missions.

The expected salary range for this position is $55,000 - $85,000.  Actual compensation will be determined by the candidate’s experience, education, and alignment with organizational needs.
