Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support in developing and expanding customer relationships within the assigned sales territory
  • Active contribution to building and strengthening sales structures in the local market
  • Identification, onboarding, and development of appropriate channel partners in the region
  • Ongoing support, supervision, and performance monitoring of channel partners
  • Close collaboration with channel partners to drive market penetration and sales growth
  • Providing technical consultation and professionally presenting products and solutions to customers
  • Supporting the preparation of quotations and project inquiries in collaboration with internal departments
  • Assisting in managing the sales process through to contract closure and contributing to revenue development
  • Close collaboration with the international sales team and maintaining accurate CRM documentation

 

Profile | Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering (e.g. production, manufacturing or industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in technical sales, business development or a customer-facing interface role is advantageous
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and structured way
  • Independent, structured and proactive working style combined with a collaborative mindset
  • Intercultural awareness and willingness to work closely with international teams
  • High willingness to travel, flexibility and very good written and spoken English skills
