Join Centric Consulting – A Culture You’ll Love

At Centric Consulting, we've cultivated a unique approach to business. Our business is built on three fundamental principles: Enjoy the people you work with, have fun, and do great work. These principles define our consulting model and have crafted one of the most vibrant cultures in the consulting industry – celebrating individuals, collaboration, and lifelong friendships.

This role provides temporary enterprise ownership of planning, alignment, and roadmap integrity during a period of elevated risk due to capacity constraints across Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) and Global Technology Planning.

The consultant will operate as a strategic integrator, partnering closely with Functional Strategy & Alignment Leads, EPM, and Global Technology Planning to:

  • Drive clarity on enterprise priorities, sequencing, and timing
  • Ensure consistent translation of priorities into planning artifacts
  • Maintain roadmap accuracy, governance discipline, and decision integrity

This role is outcome‑ and process‑led, not tool‑led.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide enterprise‑level oversight of planning, alignment, and roadmap coherence
  • Facilitate cross‑functional prioritization and ensure consistent interpretation of enterprise strategy
  • Maintain governance rigor, decision discipline, and roadmap accuracy across functions
  • Synthesize inputs from Strategy, EPM, and Technology to create clarity in ambiguous or loosely defined spaces
  • Serve as a trusted integrator who aligns senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Establish structure, cadence, and operating rhythm during a period of elevated planning risk

Who You Are:

  • 8–10+ years in enterprise planning, portfolio management, or large‑scale transformation
  • Proven experience leading global, cross‑functional planning and governance efforts
  • Strong facilitation, synthesis, and executive‑level communication skills
  • Experience operating in matrixed global organizations (McDonald’s or similar preferred)
  • Ability to partner deeply with Technology while staying anchored to business outcomes

Total Rewards:

We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being. Benefits offered include health, dental & vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, self-managed PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and other unique incentives that celebrate your accomplishments. We also offer access to many voluntary benefits such as Flexible Spending Accounts, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal Services, as well as discounts on home, auto and pet insurance

  • Remote and Hybrid Work
  • Time Off When You Need It
  • Benefits That Flex
  • Professional Development

While benefits eligibility may vary for roles that are non full-time, we provide unique opportunities for growth, skill development, and more. Regardless of your role, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment where every team member contributes to our shared success.
