
Administrative Support II- Community Behavioral Health
Job Description
Overview:
8am-4:30pm (flexible start time)
Supports Behavioral Health School Based and ECMH (Early Childhood Mental Health) at 255 and 495 E. Main St.
Process DA (Intake) paperwork for both sites
Process payroll
Places work orders for building maintenance
Take meeting notes during weekly team meetings
Places coffee and supplies orders for the suite
Partners with Clinical Therapies and Classroom to clean toys in between sessions
Serves as the safety coach (conducts safety drills and monitors the expiration of items throughout the suite)
Tracks consult room utilization
Accepts/denies room reservations
Helps with Patient Access/Front desk staff as needed

- Prepares correspondence, documents, reports and other materials which may be moderately complex or confidential, sometimes requiring independent judgment. Schedules appointments for department staff.
- Participates in department projects of moderate scope and complexity.
- May provide assistance in training and orientation of colleagues.
- May assist in the completion of reimbursement requests for assigned staff.

Must complete Ambassador Program within first 12 months of employment.
Experience:
Two years of administrative experience, preferred.
