Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor operational efficiency.
Implement standardized work procedures and visual management systems.
Support the integration of Lean principles in new processes, equipment, and systems.
Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving sessions to address operational issues.
Benchmark and adopt best practices from industry and other plants.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams.
Assist in planning and prioritizing improvement initiatives based on business impact.
Lead or participate in audits to ensure compliance with Lean and operational excellence standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to contribute ideas for efficiency and quality improvements.
