Job Description:

Account Supervisor, Digital Health & Wellness

As an Account Supervisor, Digital Health & Wellness at Zeno, you will lead the day-to-day on all things digital and social media for assigned accounts. They will be instrumental in assisting in the conceptualization, strategy and execution of campaigns and evergreen content for a leading Healthcare client for their corporate and executive social media pages. This is a client-facing position that mixes both digital strategy and account management tasks.

About the Role:

  • Contribute to social media strategy across channels, especially LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook, to ultimately engage audiences and enhance company reputation.
  • Develop post copy and provide creative direction to creative teams on social media assets to support specific campaigns and always-on posts.
  • Create seamless partnerships with counterparts from partner teams to ensure integration of digital teams with all functions.
  • Own publishing calendar and process, partnering with internal team members
  • Ensure client tone and voice remain consistent across social media touchpoints
  • Own reporting and optimization for organic social content
  • Present data, plans, and strategies with team to clients.
  • Proactively advocates for breakthrough digital work and seeks out industry best practices, including sharing of success to the broader internal team and positioning Zeno as thought-leaders to external partners/clients.
  • Support junior staff in keeping things moving, managing client requests and prioritizing deliverables.
  • Understand and share social media metrics to showcase success and leverage insights to inform future content plans.
  • Actively participate in the learning community for your specialty, both as an enthusiastic learner and one who shares knowledge with others.
  • Continually seek to evolve knowledge of specialty, client’s business and competitors, vertical industry, media landscape, and emerging trends in consumer behavior.

About You:

  • 5+ years of Digital Account experience, preferably in healthcare within a PR agency or similar environment.
  • Carry yourself with confidence & professionalism.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Experience leveraging both paid and organic social media tactics, and an eagerness to learn more.
  • Knowledge of nuanced online communities in health a plus.
  • Knowledge of social/digital media trends.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and reliable; ability to manage a project lifecycle from beginning to end with enthusiasm and excellence.
  • Team player with a willingness to jump in and support the group.
  • Understand measurement and reporting, experience with tools and analytics.

Pay Range: $80,000-$ 100,000 USD/yr.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
