Essential Job Functions:  Follows recipe specifications and maintains high quality and consistency.  Cooks in high volume and high quality environment.  Works from production sheets & recipes.  Has knowledge of basic soup and sauce production.  Follows directions of Sous Chef or Lead Cook (Cook III).  Works cooperatively with others under high stress.  Assists with food preparation.
