Are you someone who can:
- Build and implement innovative analytical solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Exposure to developing analytics outputs as reusable products (dashboards, reports, insight packs).
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored for business and client decision-making.
- Create value from data through a strong understanding of key business drivers, customer behaviour, and emerging opportunities.
- Communicate complex findings in clear, compelling ways to non-technical stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
- Work in iterative environments, developing prototypes, and refining solutions based on feedback.
- Demonstrates a foundational understanding of data privacy, compliance, and responsible data usage principles.
- Stay abreast of emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in data science to innovate and continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- A bachelor’s degree in one of the following (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Econometrics, Physics or Actuarial Science).
- Experience in data analytics.
- Minimum of at least 2 – 3 years relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Intermediate skills in either SAS, SQL, Python or R.
- Intermediate skills in data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, often alongside other data professionals and business units.
