POSITION OVERVIEW 

The Practice Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring the hospital operates efficiently while delivering outstanding patient care and client service. This role oversees daily operations including team leadership, financial performance, client experience, and hospital growth. 

 

What You’ll Do 

Team Leadership & Culture 

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable work environment

Operations & Client Experience 

• Ensure smooth daily operations and efficient client flow
• Address and resolve non-medical client concerns
• Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism

Financial & Business Management 

• Manage budgets, expenses, and hospital financial performance
• Review financial reports and identifygrowth opportunities 
• Oversee scheduling and purchasingto align with business goals 

Compliance & Administration 

• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance
• Enforce hospital policies and procedures
• Lead team meetings and communicate key updates effectively

Marketing & Growth 

• Support and implement marketing initiatives
• Encourage team engagement with hospital promotions and programs

 

What We’re Looking For 

• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing operations in a service-based environment
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L oversight
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• College degreeis preferred 
• 5+ years of management experience in a medical or service-based settingpreferred 
• Experience with financial and operational oversight
