The Director, Equity Restaurants is responsible for leading the performance, operations, and overall health of Pizza Hut’s Equity Restaurant portfolio. This role sets the strategic direction for company-owned restaurants, ensuring strong in-restaurant execution, operational excellence, and sustained business performance. This leader partners cross-functionally to align resources, drive accountability, and deliver results across sales, profitability, and team effectiveness—while building a high-performing field organization that consistently delivers a best-in-class customer and team member experience.
