Senior Specialist, Biometrics Business Management and Operations

R&D China Biometrics BMO Senior Specialist, will support innovation project management, vendor management,
process optimization, operational excellence in China Biometrics team.

Typical Accountabilities

With guidance from RnD China Biometrics BMO Head, support innovation project management, vendor
management, process optimization, operational excellence in China Biometrics team, in the following areas:

• Biometrics related process and operation model
• External vendor management
• Staff training, learning, and development
• Events planning and communication
• Biometrics administrative activities

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Knowledge of drug development and Biometrics processes
• Minimum 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
