Position Summary
PADNOS is seeking Summer/Seasonal Yard Associate to support yard operations during the busy spring and summer months. This is a temporary position lasting approximately 2–3 months. The role focuses on general labor tasks including yard cleanup, painting, 5S initiatives, and overall site organization. The position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while supporting various projects across the yard. Candidates should be reliable, safety-focused, and willing to take on a variety of tasks as needed.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, occasional weekends
6:00am - 4:00pm (1st Shift), 4:00pm - 2:00am (2nd Shift)
Responsibilities
Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment
Operate basic hand tools such as shovels, rakes, drills, and other equipment as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety procedures
Support team members by staging materials and assisting with general tasks to keep operations running efficiently
Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs on tools and equipment as directed.
Contribute to yard upkeep, including cleanup, painting, and organizing work areas
Perform additional duties as assigned in support of daily operations while demonstrating PADNOS company values
Qualifications
Ability to work as a team or independently
Ability to pay attention to detail
Must be able to work in an outdoor environment
Must be able to work safely
