Job Description
Role Summary
The Accessories Designer is responsible for producing accurate and timely accessory designs and drawings that support formwork systems, production requirements, and project delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Prepare accessory designs, drawings, and related documentation in accordance with project and company requirements.
- Deliver accessory drawings in line with production schedules and deadlines.
- Ensure designs comply with specifications, system requirements, and manufacturing constraints.
- Coordinate with Business Development and internal teams to support drawing preparation and submission.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of all accessory design documentation.
- Identify and escalate design issues or inconsistencies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of accessory design standards and processes.
Authority & Responsibility
- Responsible for the accuracy and quality of accessory design outputs.
- Accountable for managing assigned work in line with project and production priorities.
- Required to follow established procedures and escalate risks where necessary.
General
- Maintain professional conduct and good housekeeping within the design function.
- Use company equipment and systems responsibly.
- Ensure confidentiality of all company documentation and activities.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably assigned by Management.
