Job Responsibilities:
• Performs routine customer and user experience research by conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, gathering insights crucial for informing design decisions and ensuring the creation of user-centric solutions.
• Creates design solutions with a holistic approach, considers ecosystems and interdependencies, and ensures that the design addresses not only individual components but also their integration and impact within the broader context.
• Creates visuals and prototypes to articulate design concepts and interactions, refining them iteratively based on feedback received, ensuring alignment with user needs and project goals.
• Collaborates with key functions and stakeholders such as: marketing, domain experts, usability experts, and engineering, to create desired UX design solutions.
• Understands industry practices, design principles and communication techniques, adeptly formulates proposals or solutions meeting requirements, presents them effectively through suitable visual and verbal articulation in alignment with relevant guidelines.
• Leverages guidance and direction provided by project or organizational leaders, engages with colleagues to achieve shared goals, contributes meaningfully to project outcomes and community knowledge, and fosters a culture of teamwork and cooperation.
• Establishes strong cross-functional relationships, collaborates with business stakeholders, employing clear and concise communication methods to ensure alignment and facilitate effective collaboration on projects and initiatives.
• Works within project constraints, including budget and time limitations, ensures high design quality standards are maintained, and demonstrates adeptness at delivering results promptly without compromising on excellence.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in (UX) Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Computer Science Engineering OR Vocational Education in Design or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
No prior experience required with Bachelor's Degree OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as User Experience (UX) Design, Information Architecture, User Research, Product Design, Usability Testing or equivalent.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 4 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
