Mounter-Platemaker
(Night Shift Entry Level)
Pay Rate:
$20.37/hr.
Category/Shift:
Hourly Full-Time (Sunday - Thursday / 9pm-5am)

The Job You Will Perform:
- Ensures compliance with all safety and quality policies, procedures and standards
- Set-up and mounting of Flexo plates
- Quality control in the negatives, raw materials, printing plates, mounting tape, and cylinders
- Optical Mounting, proofing, Quality Control, sewing, and shipping
- Operates and maintains processing equipment and computers; and forklift, as needed.
- Review and understand order instructions and any other necessary paperwork to ensure fully what is required to produce a quality product.
- Complete daily housekeeping in order to maintain a safe and clean environment / Perform weekly audits as scheduled.
- Able to lift and/or move up to 70lbs
- All other duties as assigned
The Skills You Will Bring:
- Exceptional focus on safety and quality as well as, participation in required training.
- Experience manufacturing Print Plates is desirable but not required.
- Experience in graphic arts field is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail including specifications, data tracking and machine profile requirements
- Shift work and overtime required.
- Strong mathematical, mechanical, perceptual and visualization skills
- Must have computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Must be able to lift and/or move 60lbs and occasionally move up to 70lbs.
- Positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team
- Experience in the corrugated industry is a plus
