Key Activities & Accountabilities
- Support the department manager in achieving divisional KPIs and objectives.
- Responsible for delivering all production-based activities:
- Receiving products and putting away in locators,
- Picking, packing and shipping products to our customers.
- Responsible for supporting with all compliance, inventory and quality based activities.
- Inventory Counts/Checks/Investigations/Adjustments
- Logging and moving of work and inventory between departments
- Quality Checks and Logs
- Checking/Loging and movement of Human Tissue products which require strict temperature, humidity control and Quality checks to ensure regulatory requirements and the safety and well being of our customers.
- Delivering value-added services for the business.
- Training new starters ensuring they carry out tasks safely and in line with our work instructions.
- Escalate any discrepancies or operational issues to the department manager.
- Identify area for continuous improvement, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local and regional level.
- Promote a safe working environment and champion quality, ensuring all activities are completed with 100% accuracy.
- Drive engagement to align with the company’s culture.
- Any other reasonable request in line with the operational needs of the business.
Education & Experience
- Relevant education or similar job experience
- A minimum of 2 years warehouse related experience and ideally within medical devices or highly regulated industry.
- Fluent English is essential and a good understanding of Swedish is required.
- Hold a valid IATA and/or ADR Dangerous Goods qualification (preferred).
- Hold a valid Counter Balance Forklift licence (preferred).
- A working knowledge of Warehouse processes.
- ERP/WMS (Oracle or similar) is essential.
