Boat Engineer In Charge

- Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.- Updates and manages ongoing preventive maintenance program.- Communicates and works hand in hand with Captain in Charge.- Responsible for keeping all logs up to date throughout watch as tasks are completed.- Keeps all systems up to regulations and demonstrates all tests as required by quarterly USCG inspections.- Manages, disciplines, and reviews all engineering team members on designated watch, in accordance with company policy.- Plans, manages, and successfully executes ongoing projects in the casino.- Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
