Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in maintaining hotel operations during overnight hours by balancing financial transactions, assisting guests, and upholding Marriott’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete nightly audit procedures and reconcile all daily transactions
- Check guests in and out efficiently during overnight hours
- Provide exceptional customer service aligned with Marriott brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
- Maintain safety and security of the hotel throughout the shift
- Prepare daily financial and operational reports for management
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math, accounting, and computer skills
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work independently on overnight shifts (typically 11 PM – 7 AM)
- Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred, but not required
