We're currently looking to hire a Training Planner - Ground Operations in our Training Planning Team.
Reporting to the GOPS Senior Training Planner, our Training Planner - Ground Operations will play a key role in supporting the planning and coordination of training activities across our Ground Operations teams.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development, compliance, and operational readiness of our Ground Operations colleagues, ensuring our teams are fully trained and prepared to support our ever-evolving flying programme throughout the year.

What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with stakeholders across Ground Operations to plan and coordinate training activity.
- Supporting the onboarding of new colleagues, ensuring all required training is scheduled and completed.
- Maintaining accurate training records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and company requirements.
- Monitoring ongoing and recurrent training requirements, keeping abreast of any certificates / licences due to expire, scheduling activity efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Assisting in producing detailed and accurate training plans to support operational demands across multiple locations.
What you’ll have:
We're looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused, and enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have;
- A logical, methodical approach to planning and administration.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
- Experience using the MINT Training System would be highly advantageous, as would experience in a similar training planning, scheduling, or coordination role.
