Job Description
We are currently looking for a Lean Engineer to be based out of Hebron, OH. Reporting to the Regional Lean Manager, this person will be responsible for assisting and occasionally leading the deployment of Lean methodology including strategy design and deployment, and training. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Technology or other related functional areas.. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is required.
