Warehouse Associate - Cylinder Processor

You will oversee the full cylinder production process, from empty cylinders returning from customers to filled cylinders ready for analysis and shipment Further, you will sort and inspect cylinders before filling, performing visual, physical, and odor checks to determine if requalification or repairs are needed Fill cylinders with a variety of compressed gases and liquids in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Complete and maintain all required quality control documentation to meet company and regulatory standards In this role you will load and ship cylinders on trailers, preparing shipping paperwork and safely handling cylinders, often using a forklift Perform cylinder maintenance activities such as shot blasting, de-valving, valving, and valve repairs Also, you will paint and label cylinders as required and use gas analyzers for basic sampling and testing Consistently meet established safety, productivity, and quality standards in all aspects of your work
