- Develops and implements strategies to align organizational culture with the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Leads the activation of engagement, recognition, and wellness opportunities for team members.
- Leverages expertise and resources to positively impact the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health of team members.
- Manages day-to-day work activities through coaching, development, and performance management.
- Builds and maintains partnerships with key departments to integrate culture sustainment strategies throughout all curriculum.
- Drives maximum participation in team member engagement surveys and educates leaders on analyzing results.
- Collaborates with corporate leadership to enhance workforce engagement tools and processes.
- Oversees organizational and team member recognition/engagement events.
- Partners with Internal Communications to support key messaging to leaders and team members.
- Promotes employee health and performance as core values throughout the organization.
- Meets regularly with hospital executive leadership to inform them of data, system priorities, and pertinent information.
- Collects feedback to understand what worked well and what can be enhanced for future events.
- Analyzes results from team member surveys and outlines action plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint [Required]
• Presentation/facilitation skills that engage audiences of varying levels of leadership, team members [Required]
• Ability to lead and develop others [Required]
• Detail-oriented, excellent planning and organization skills, strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environment [Required]
• Adept at establishing partnerships and building relationships [Required]
• Extensive knowledge in organization development, human resources strategies, and best practices in leadership development, talent management, and healthcare practices [Required]
• Ability to be successful in matrixed organization and lead across a variety of leadership/management structures, internal teams, and partners/vendors [Required]
• Exhibits excellent complex analytical, and change management skills [Required]
• Strong consultant skillset, with the ability to influence all levels in the organization [Required]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or related field
Work Experience:
• 2+ leadership experience [Required]
• 5+ relevant working experience, including human resources, organizational effectiveness, culture, and change management [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
• Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
$110,702.15 - $205,911.28Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
