Your Impact:


We are seeking a high-impact, master-level individual contributor in Sales Compensation. This role operates at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment between incentive design, performance outcomes, and business strategy.


What the role offers:

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for all sales compensation matters, ensuring accurate and timely execution of compensation plans.
  • Partner with global and regional teams to manage sales representative assignments, quota allocations, and commission calculations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in sales incentive plan design, governance, and optimization to drive seller behaviour aligned with business goals.
  • Support and execute the annual sales planning cycle, including territory design, quota setting, and compensation modelling.
  • Drive efficient sales and business operations management to enable predictable revenue performance.
  • Deliver accurate weekly forecasts with minimal variance from system reporting (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Own pipeline health, opportunity governance, and rigor in inspection frameworks.
  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with actionable insights and performance analytics.
  • Act as the primary business partner and relationship manager for assigned sub-regions.
  • Drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Enablement, and Operations teams.
  • Partner closely with regional leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and execution gaps. 
  • Provide deep expertise across sales systems, tools, and analytics within the GTM tech stack.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
  • Establish and standardize scalable sales processes and methodologies; support enablement and adoption.
  • Leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, compensation insights, and decision-making.
  • Act as escalation point for complex transaction support..
  • Support performance management of low-performing reps through data-backed insights and documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, revenue recognition policies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Support audit readiness and ensure accurate financial reporting tied to sales performance and compensation.

 

What you need to succeed: 

  • Experience: 8–12 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within enterprise SaaS or software organizations.
  • Compensation Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with sales compensation design, administration, and governance at scale.
  • Operating Model: Demonstrated success as a senior individual contributor in a global, highly matrixed environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Excel (advanced), and compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, Anaplan, CaptivateIQ, or similar).
  • Analytical Strength: Exceptional problem-solving and data analysis capabilities with attention to detail and business context.
  • AI & Automation: Experience leveraging AI/automation for insights generation, productivity improvements, and forecasting enhancements.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Execution Excellence: High ownership mindset with ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver outcomes.
