(Sr.) SQA Automation Engineer (Python)- Hsinchu

Join our multinational team and collaborate directly with a Fortune 500 client! We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to help us ensure the excellence of Windows and Linux desktop applications.
Whether you are an experienced QA professional or a fresh graduate with a passion for coding and testing, this role offers a great opportunity to work in a global Agile environment. You will be involved in both manual testing and the development of automation frameworks.

【Key Responsibilities】
- Test Planning & Execution: Design and execute test plans for desktop applications (Windows/Linux), covering functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
- Automation Development: Build and maintain automation frameworks using tools like FlaUI, Robot Framework, or NUnit to improve testing efficiency.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Global Collaboration: Participate in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups) and communicate effectively with international team members.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and methodologies.
- (Optional / Plus) Support the creation of dashboards for ticket management.
- (Optional / Plus) Perform API testing where applicable.

- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English with international team members.
- Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Technical Basics: Coding knowledge in Python, C#, JS, Shell scripting or any other programming language.
- Note: We welcome fresh graduates who are willing to learn and have basic programming concepts!


【Preferred Skills】
- Experience with desktop automation tools/frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo) and Version Control (Git/Bitbucket).
- Experience with Jira for defect tracking.
