YOUR MISSION

* Assist in Office Management (including petty cash management, attendance report, leave management, travel advance settlement, domestic travel & hotel etc.)
* Pantry & Stationary Management (Monitor, control & co-ordination of office sup plies)
* Front Office Management (Courier, employee movement, local travel, parcel & dispatch, purchase & maintenance)
* Recording, Filing & Updating Information & Logbook (Factory travel log, colleagues' movement, mobile bill settlement, sample distribution, fire training co-ordination etc.)
* Logistics & Office Event Arrangement monthly & yearly

* Office Gift Purchase, co-ordination for associates for farewell &bother events.

* Any ad-hoc basis task required by the office

* Submission of admin related report on deadline basis (Cash & attendance

report, mobile bill settlement & travel advance & settlement)

* Colleagues' movement update on daily basis as per format.

YOUR TALENT

* Minimum Gradate (Business background preferred)
* Work experience - minimum 1-2 years
* Knowledge about office etiquettes and front desk managing skill

* Professional E-mail writing skill

* Well command in communication both in Bangla & English
* Well groomed, presentable & positive attitude
* Flexible & problem-solving mindset 

* Basic Microsoft office skills in computer
