You will process sales orders using the material requirements plannning database system You will provide customers with pricing, availability, order status and product information Additionally, you will assist in resolving customer order issues and inquiries You will ensure adherence to department procedures and customer purchase order requirements You will maintain compliance with export and accounting procedures Lastly you will file and manage invoices, purchase orders, export documents and related records
