Building Test automation Strategy and roadmap.
Building test automation frameworks and reusable components.
Create automation tools using Cucumber for testing Ruby, 
Experience with VB scripting.
Experience in Test Management tools.
Should provide technical guidance to the team.
Willing to work as an individual contributor.
Good communication skills, good client interfacing skills.
Automated Testing using JUnit or similar

Desired Skills
