Manufacturing Engineer II

Barnes Aerospace Ogden Division has an exciting opportunity open for a Manufacturing Engineer II. This position is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality, cost-effective production while meeting customer, company, and regulatory requirements. This role collaborates closely with sales, quality, and production teams to resolve process issues, implement process controls, support RFQs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing engineering within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace, along with strong technical, organizational, and lean manufacturing skills.
