Role Purpose
You will support the sales team in delivering strong commercial execution and building effective relationships with distributors and customers. This role offers the opportunity to develop core sales capabilities through hands-on experience, market exposure, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do
- Support the sales team in executing sales plans and commercial activities
- Track sales performance and assist with reports and follow-up actions
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
- Support market visits, customer meetings, and commercial reviews when needed
- Monitor market feedback and share relevant insights with the team
What You Bring
- Recent degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in building a career in sales
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits and customer meetings, if required
