Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

·       Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim and Payment Responses to both Client and Sub-Contractors/Suppliers and all related project administration and documentation.

·       Participate in sourcing activities based on procurement strategies/operational needs.

• Manage and prepare the measurements and cost estimates for the facilities sites from initial calculations to the final accounts.

Requirements:

·       Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.

• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Minimum 5 years working experience in relevant field

• Good communication skills.

·       Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior or management.
