Team: U.S. Market Sales – Travel Industry (Retail & Wholesale / WHO)
Position SummaryThe Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the U.S. Market Sales Travel Industry team, including both Retail and Wholesale (WHO) Sales teams. This role supports day-to-day business operations through coordination, documentation, reporting, and professional communication. This position does not include lead catching or lead distribution responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support including correspondence, document preparation, reporting, and data entry
- Support both Retail and Wholesale (WHO) teams, including preparation and tracking of Wholesale WIFs
- Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, contracts, and sales documentation
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and team activities
- Maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems
- Support onboarding activities and ad-hoc projects as needed
Communication & Language RequirementProfessional English proficiency is required, as this role involves frequent written and verbal communication with U.S. and Canadian clients, travel advisors, hotel partners, and internal business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred
- 1–2 years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably within hospitality or travel
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
