Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Department, with minimum 3 years leadership role
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement
Certified in CI/OPEX/LEAN Manufacturing
Certified ISO Internal Auditor 9001:2015, having experience as Management Representative is an advantage
Proficient in Quality tools (Quality 7 Tools, PDCA, Fishbone Diagram, etc)
Good understanding on ISO System (Min ISO 9001:2015)
Project Management skill
Data Analysis
Problem Solving
Presentation Skill
Proficient in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Effective communication skill

Responsibilities:
Quality Management
Drives quality improvement efforts to establish and enforce an effective Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure departmental targets are achieved by monitoring KPIs and implementing necessary countermeasures.
Ensuring Quality Control system are being followed, monitored, and continuously enhance to meet product specification.
Ensuring Quality Assurance system is robust through entire process to meet customer expectation.
To work with General Manager to structure quality programs pertaining to all aspects of the company’s operation and activities in line with the company’s Quality policy.
To liaise and work with other Heads of Department to promote quality awareness within company.
To handle customer complain pertaining to rejected labels, providing root cause analysis and counter measure to prevent repeated occurrence.
To maintain all relevant quality assurance records, including process inspection records, customer complaints, material defect reports and other reports deemed necessary from time to time.
Monitoring quality objective including cost of quality.
Run and analyze quality report and NCR then publish to quality announcement board.
To develop quality skills and capability for quality department.
Continuous Improvement
Drive and champion continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence and partnering with staff and leadership to implement strategic programs that achieve plant performance targets and financial goals.
Drive improvement by identifying opportunities for improvement by leveraging continuous improvement ideation, conducting thorough process analysis, collecting relevant data, and implementing effective performance measurement.
Develop and implement process improvement plans based on benchmarked best practices, aiming to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
