Key Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Treat patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and retirement communities across Arizona
• Carry out treatment plans focused on mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
• Help patients improve gait, transfers, fall prevention, and overall physical performance
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy that drives real outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including OT, SLP, nursing, and physicians
• Quickly adapt to new settings while maintaining consistent, high-quality care
• Educate patients and caregivers to support long-term success
• Track progress and adjust plans to maximize results
• Treat patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and retirement communities across Arizona

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What You Bring:
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) (or state eligible where practicing—New Graduates Welcome!)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• Interest in travel therapy, internal traveler programs, or multi-site coverage
• Willingness to travel nationwide and adapt to new environments with a positive, flexible mindset
• Experience in SNF, geriatric rehab, or post-acute care is a plus
• Team-oriented approach—you collaborate well, communicate effectively, and support both patients and colleagues
• A passion for patient-centered care and making a difference
