Restaurant Manager - Kureta

Nestled within the City of Sail’s central business district, Kureta reimagines the Teppanyaki experience through a modern, elemental lens. While it pays homage to the core techniques of flame and heat, it elevates the concept with locally sourced ingredients, refined presentation through an omakase-style menu, and a deep connection to nature and craft. About you: 

• Fluency in Japanese language (speaking/reading/writing) will be highly advantageous

• A minimum of two years experience in a busy venue

• Have the ability to develop, train, and mentor members of the F&B (Front of House) team

• To work alongside the Chef de Cuisine/Head Chef in formulating F&B menus and ensuring the unit's profitability is managed, marketing is achieved and team members are engaged

• Ability to work well in a team, as well as organised, punctual and reliable 

• A friendly, energetic and hard-working attitude 

• This is a hands-on role and you must be available to work weekdays and weekends as this is a 7-day rotating roster

• Direct reporting to the group's Director of Food & Beverage
