Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Ownership: Lead the relationship as a Client Services Manager, becoming a trusted advisor on business growth and marketing strategy.
• Campaign Orchestration: Act as the Digital Strategy Manager to translate client goals into deliverable briefs across Paid Media, Web, and SEO.
• High-Level Communication: Lead structured client meetings with the authority and precision expected of a Senior Account Manager.
• Performance Insight: Work as a Performance Marketing Strategist to deliver reporting that explains the "why" behind the data.
• Operational Discipline: Manage scope, budgets, and timelines with the precision of an experienced Agency Account Manager.

• Adaptable: You are comfortable working remotely and syncing with UK time zones/business cultures.
• Curious: You ask "sharp questions" to find the real problem behind a request.
• Specialised: You quickly master the nuances of the UK Childcare Market (term-time demand and parent psychology).

 

Your Experience

• Agency Veteran: 5-10 years in Client Services or Account Management within a reputable South African or International marketing agency.
• Project Lead: 3+ years of hands-on project coordination and high-level brief writing.
• Digital Fluency: Expert in funnel metrics and digital marketing consultancy.
• Sector Interest: Experience in education, local services, or UK-based accounts is a significant advantage for this Senior Marketing Strategist position.
