- Pre-sourcing
- Coordination/meetings with PJM and other stakeholders within local support team such as COR and OPM for job description and role specification

- Creation of Personnel Marketing materials to support recruitment initiatives
- Posting and monitoring of job advertisements on recruitment platforms
- Screening
- Curriculum Vitae screening based on agreed job description and role specifications
- Getting in touch with screened candidates for schedule of initial interview
- Administration of Examinations and other assessment tests/language interviews
- Conduction of target-based interviews
- Endorsement and scheduling with Line Managers for interview
- Follow-up on interview results
- Job offer and hiring
- Contract preparation
- Contract negotiation and follow up on candidate decision
- Pre-employment requirements administration
- Payroll
- Point of contact for assigned departments for salary hold, salary reinstatement, movements, salary adjustments, interim allowances, payroll tags, new hires, medical reimbursements, personal data changes, etc.)
- Coordination with HRC for payroll administration
- Employee Relations and Discipline
- Coaching of Supervisors and Management on labor related issues, movements, succession planning, terminations, etc.
- Strategic meetings with stakeholders within assigned areas of responsibility
- Day-to-day sparring partner for department managers on HR related matters
- Assistance in labor related issues, movements, succession planning, terminations, etc.
- Assist in other related employee Relations and Discipline tasks
- 5-10 years HR Generalist experience
- Development of the HR strategy for the site on the basis of the HR BSC division
- Holding the HR strategy meeting
- Development, management and implementation of site-specific diversity strategy based on the GB’s strategy
- Provide advice to managers as well as HR BP's own HR area in regards to the diversity strategy and initiatives
- Consultation with site management and areas / departments on matters concerning management, organization, and labor law
- Participation in regular steering meetings / leadership meetings at the site
- Implementation of HR planning requirements at site level (business plan implementation, determining local HR recruitment or adjustment plans, including negotiation with labor representatives if any)
- Responsible for identifying, winning, and promoting talent in his area of responsibility
- Consultation for and governance of measures for organizational development at the site: consultation and support for organizational changes including negotiation with labor representatives, if any
- Implementation of division concepts that are location specific
- Governance of business health management at the site
- The HR BP Location leads the associates of the local HR in professional and disciplinary matters
- Amenable to work onsite and on a mid-shift schedule.
