Licensed Practical Nurse Pay: $40.19-$46.12/hourly   A licensed practical nurse bears full responsibility for the quality of health care he/she provides to the residents at Seven Hills at Groton. A licensed practical nurse may delegate nursing activities to assigned health care personnel. The delegating licensed practical nurse shall bear full responsibility for making an appropriate assignment, adequately teaching, directing and supervising the delegate(s), as well as the outcome of that delegation; all within the parameters of his/her generic and continuing education and experience.
