A luxury Oahu resort on the island's sunny Western Coast. Join us in Ko Olina and find your very own place of joy. Take the family for a ride on an outrigger canoe, splash around in the turquoise waters of our white-sand beach, play a round of golf as you weave through waterfalls at Ko Olina Golf Club, or spend the day reconnecting with your inner self at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre.Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Temporary On Call Tennis Pro who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Tennis Pro will report to the Director of Spa provide a superior level of tennis instruction to Four Seasons members and guests.
What you will do:
Provide the guest with personal, gracious and professional service while working at the tennis courts.
Stay visible outside and promote lesson to guest, retail and others program offered by the Spa and assisting to achiveve revenue goals.
Reconise and properly greet guest and provide the standard setup for lessons and court rental following protocal of service.
Provide consistent profesional consultations and applications to residents/guest sharing lesson and membership features and benefit as well as the spa(5%).
Be prompt with each appointment and perform all service within the appropriate time allotted for the service
What you will bring:
High School education or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience playing and teaching tennis.
Excellent human relations skills, with a talent for motivating the guest to explore and participate in a variety of fitness activity.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Attentive to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $34.10 per hour
Schedule: 2-3 days per week based on business need. This is a temporary On-Call assignment starting at 1 month with the possibility of extension based on the business need of the Resort. With the benefits of a regular On-Call Four Seasons employee.
