Job Description

As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the front office’s employees, including mentoring, interviewing, hiring, terminating, performance evaluations, scheduling and assigning duties. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s brand, ensuring continuous delivery of outstanding customer service, and that your staff also promotes the American Furniture Warehouse culture. You will coach and oversee the Front Office department to ensure customers are provided fast, friendly and accurate customer service. The Front Office Manager will also assist with processing customer transactions and assisting the Sales team with completing orders.
