Job Description
Responsibilities
Logistical and Order to Cash Process
- Process Orders into ERP System for Incoming shipment and place orders for replenishment with Singapore.
- Monitor incoming shipment, quality checking, and update system.
- Match Airway bills and invoices, follow-up with cargo permit.
- Manage inventory and conduct quarterly stock check with hospitals, Importers and distributors for consignment stock.
- Conduct internal stock check at least twice a year.
Sales Support
- Liaise with the distributors in various Provinces for their requirement.
- Local Tax Invoice administration
- Work closely with distributors to prepare quotations (pricing confirming), coordinate the importation issues.
- Assist to complete the tender bidding process; also related Reimbursement/Pricing
Sales Reporting
- Provide timely detail sales report, inventory and implantation reports to sales leader and FSAs
- In-market sales data and inventory balance collected from distributors, and build up reports monthly
Local Marketing Support
- Provide administrative and logistic support for Product Workshops or Congress
- Provide administrative support for FSA - order brochures, sample products, CD, clinical paper, scanning of papers etc.
Administrative Support
- Business Documents Filing and Mailing
- In emergency cases, be prepared to work longer hours and/or odd hours
